The Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine together with the Ukrainian Scientific and Research Institute of Special Equipment and Forensic Expertise, the Bar Council of the Kyiv Oblast and Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University invite you to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Assessment and compensation for damage caused by the aggressive war by the russian federation against Ukraine”.
The event will take place on August 19, 2022, at the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in a mixed format (live communication and online video conference).
The purpose of the event is to discuss topical issues of causing damage by aggressive actions of military formations of the russian federation, peculiarities of fixing war crimes, establishing a causal link between the guilty actions of the aggressor and the consequences in the form of damage caused, execution of court decisions in cases of compensation for damage caused by the aggressor country in Ukraine and foreign jurisdictions, the role and importance of forensic examinations in identifying and determining property damage, caused by the aggressor.
To participate in the conference, you must send to the e-mail conf_bankruptcy@ukr.net by August 15, 2022 (indicate the name of the participant in the subject line) all the following materials:
- an application for participation in the conference in the attached form;
- materials of the report (total volume up to 5 pages).
