Law enforcement officers brought Nadiia Savchenko, a people’s deputy, to Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise for carrying out a psycho physiological expertise with the use of a polygraph.
Let’s remind that the conduct of forensic psychological examinations and expert studies with the use of a computer polygraph at KFI was started in 2015 on the basis of changes and additions to the Instruction on the appointment and conduct of forensic examinations and expert studies approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
First of all, the object of this type of research is the personality in the process of its being, as well as its functions and characteristics, reflected in man-made carriers (properties of behavior, individual psychological qualities, mental functions, features of the mental processes).
