Clarification of appeals sent by citizens via e-mail

Dear visitor!

If you become aware of facts of violations of anti-corruption legislation by employees of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and its territorial offices, if you have a reasonable belief that the information is reliable, you can report to the “trust line” by e-mail to: anticor@kndise.gov.ua

Information to the hotline may also be provided anonymously. An anonymous report of a violation of anti-corruption legislation will be subject to consideration if the information contained therein relates to a specific person and contains factual data that can be verified.

An anonymous message cannot be considered as a citizen's appeal in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens' Appeals”, and therefore its submission does not entail the obligatory preparation of a response to the applicant.

The information provided by you will be used by the management of KFI as a source for making a decision on the need for an audit or other response in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
