DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF LOSSES CAUSED BY RUSSIAN AGGRESSION

The Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine conducts examinations to determine the amount of losses caused by russian aggression according to the following types of forensic examinations:

  • 3.1- ballistics examination of weapons and ammunition;
  • 3.6. – examination of artillery and missile weapons;
  • 5.2.-investigation of explosive devices, traces and circumstances of the explosion;
  • 6.1 – research of photographic images and technical means of their production;
  • 7.1.- technical examination of materials and means of video images;
  • 10.6.- research of real estate, building materials, structures and relevant documents;
  • 10.8.-investigation of the circumstances of the occurrence and spread of fires and compliance with fire safety requirements;
  • 10.14. – assessment of land plots (estimation of damage from damage to the soil cover (reclamation));
  • 10.19.- research of the circumstances and organizational and technical causes and consequences of the impact of man-made sources on environmental objects;
  • 12.1.- determination of the cost of machines, equipment, raw materials and consumer goods;
  • 12.2.-determination of the value of wheeled vehicles and the amount of damage caused to the owner of the vehicle;
  • 12.5.- evaluation of property and equipment for military purposes and weapons;
  • 14.1.-psychological research;
  • 16.1.- military research.

In order to carry out a forensic examination and a possible appeal to the court, it is necessary:

1. To contact the experts of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise to conduct a forensic examination and determine the amount of relevant losses.

2. After receiving the relevant expert opinion, apply it to the International Criminal Court by filling out the appropriate forms:
