On July 10, 2020, specialists from the Cherkasy branch of the Kiev Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine held a working meeting with prosecutors of the Cherkasy Local Prosecutor’s Office.
The parties considered the appointment and conduct of forensic examinations and expert research. It was about ecological and economic types of research as well as land-technical, land appraisal and examination of land management issues.
In addition, the participants discussed communication issues, forms of interaction that arise when appointing and conducting forensic examinations in criminal proceedings, including in the context of the introduction of the institution of criminal offenses.
Proposals have been worked out to improve the interaction of the Cherkasy branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise with the Cherkasy Local Prosecutor’s Office and departments of the National Police.
