Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise expresses sincere congratulations on the feast of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin and the Day of the Defender of Ukraine. A new holiday, introduced in 2015, simultaneously coincide on the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks. For the Ukrainian Cossacks, the Day of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin was also the most revered holiday, because their church was dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
Our state bravely defends its independence and sovereignty. Today, as never before, we should be worthy heirs of spiritual values and continuers of rich traditions and glorious deeds of ancestors. October, 14 is a folk festival, religious and national. It unites the country, calls on all to solidarity and peace, and symbolizes the inseparable connection of all generations of defenders of Ukraine.
On this solemn day we make a sincere prayer to the Holy Virgin to cover the Ukrainian people with the omophorion, constantly support and help us.
