As part of the CEPOL program, Tamer Yiğit, a representative of the Gendarmerie Forensic Department of Ankara, Turkey, visited Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise to exchange experience in Handwriting and Questioned Documents Examination Research.
During the visit, Tamer Yiğit was acquainted in detail with the working process in the Institute’s laboratories and in the Handwriting and Questioned Documents Examination Research Departments as well.
In the Handwriting and Questioned Documents Examination Research Departments, a representative of the Gendarmerie Forensic Department of Ankara, Turkey, was demonstrated the logistics, methods and techniques used in the Institute while conducting a forensic examination of documents.
Also in accordance with the CEPOL Exchange Program rules, a visit of an Institute’s representative to Turkey is planned in the near future.
