The Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise announces the publication of the second edition of the textbook “Forensic Examinations in Procedural Law of Ukraine”.
The textbook addresses issues of procedural regulation and features of the following types of forensic examinations:
- Photo-technical;
- Video recording;
- Telecommunication systems (equipment) and means;
- Research of computer equipment and software products;
- Economic expertise;
- Examination of military property;
In addition, the question of features of methodical maintenance of forensic examination taking into account the international standards accepted in Ukraine is considered.
The publication is intended for employees of forensic institutions, pre-trial investigation and prosecutor’s offices, judges, lawyers, teachers, graduate students, students of higher education institutions and can be useful for legal practitioners and trainees to obtain the qualification of a forensic expert.
