The second edition “Development of expert methods: content, structure, design” was published, which was developed by the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise.
The second edition of methodical recommendations was revised and supplemented in accordance with the results of research work “Update of methodical recommendations “Development of expert methods: content, structure, design”, which was conducted by the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise in the year 2020.
The publication discusses in detail in four sections the concept, content, and functions of expert methods, requirements for the structure, content, and design, as well as issues of international standardization.
The Coordinating Council recommended the second edition of the recommendations for Forensic Science at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. It is for use in expert practice with its inclusion in the List of recommended scientific, technical, and reference literature used during forensic examinations, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 08.05.2018 No.1467/5 (decision of 28.01.2021).
This publication is intended for use by employees of institutions providing expert support of justice, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, lawyers, and judges in the performance of official duties.
Also for research and teaching staff, students and trainees, graduate students and associate professors, doctoral students of higher education for scientific purposes.
