On December 15, 2023, the legal journal “Law of Ukraine” and the legal portal “Ratio Decidendi” organized an online legal workshop “Corruption Offenses: ECHR, Supreme Court Practice and Forensic Expertise”.
The speakers at the event were Yevhen Tymko, Head of the Phonoscopic, Computer and Telecommunication Research Department of the Criminalistics Laboratory of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, with the report “Examination of video and audio recordings based on the materials of the NSDI” and Oleksandr Drozdov, member of the Scientific Advisory Councils of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, member of the Legal Reform Commission under the President of Ukraine, with the report “Corruption offenses: Case Law of the ECHR and the Supreme Court”.
