On October 26, 2023, at the invitation of the Department of Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market of the Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law, Olha Kandiral, Chief Forensic Expert of the Khmelnytsky Branch of KFI, took part in a guest lecture on the topic “The concept of forensic economic examination, peculiarities of its appointment and conduct”. The event was held in the format of a dialog between the speaker and the audience.
The expert familiarized the students of the Faculty of Management and Economics with the concept of forensic examination, legislative and regulatory documents governing expert activity. The content of economic expertise, objects of research, questions posed to the expert, methods and techniques were discussed in detail, and practical examples of the application of special knowledge in the field of economic activity in the performance of economic expertise were provided.
