Specialists of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, at the invitation of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, will take part in a round table discussion on the topic “The expertise application in protection strategies”.
According to the organizers, the main purpose of the event is to update the issue of the importance of expert conclusions in the protection process, the nuances of expertise from the point of view of submitting requests for expert examinations to obtain the conclusions necessary for the lawyer and their use as evidence in court, as well as the raising of lawyers’ professional level in matters of customer protection.
Within the framework of the meeting, the participants will discuss the issues of reforming the forensic and expert activities, carrying out expert examination in the light of the new procedural codes, using expert studies and conclusions as evidence in court and in solving pre-trial disputes, etc. Electronic documents will be considered separately as objects for conducting expert examinations.
The event will be held on January 30, 2018 on the basis of the press center of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine.
