On February 8, 2023, a legal anti-corruption forum was held, which was attended by representatives of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise Oleg Baulin, Head of the Scientific Activity and International Cooperation Department, Dmytro Kalnoi, Head of the Regulatory Support Department of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and Ihor Hrynenko, Head of the Financial Research Department and Credit Operations and Economic Activity of Enterprises of the Laboratory of Economic Research of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise. The event took place in Kyiv, indoors Premier Palace Hotel, organized by Yurydychna Praktyka Publishing House.
The work of the forum was organized in the form of thematic sessions, which addressed the issues of the anti-corruption policy of Ukraine, issues of protection in anti-corruption proceedings, work with evidence and other pressing issues of today.
The forum was attended by representatives of government agencies, law firms, and scientific and expert institutions, including:

Ihor Hrynenko, Head of the Financial Research Department and Credit Operations and Economic Activity of Enterprises of the Laboratory of Economic Research of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, made a presentation at the forum on conducting economic examinations in anti-corruption cases.
During the forum, topical problems of combating corruption under martial law, corruption risks in the activities of politicians and management of state-owned companies in the conditions of war, European integration vectors of Ukraine’s anti-corruption policy, the impact of the updated anti-corruption policy on the work of a lawyer and the activities of law enforcement agencies, procedural shortcomings of anti-corruption proceedings and ways to overcome them, problematic issues of reporting suspicion and putting on the wanted list for the absence of a person, propriety and admissibility of evidence: debatable issues, limits for evaluating evidence and other relevant problems regarding the anti-corruption policy.
