Representatives of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise took part in the international scientific and practical conference “Topical Issues of Forensic Expertise and Criminalistics” on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of M.S. Romanov’s birth

On May 17, 2024, representatives of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise took part in the international scientific and practical conference Topical Issues of Forensic Expertise and Criminalistics on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Mykola Romanov, organized by the National Scientific Center Bokarius Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, delivered a welcoming speech. He emphasized the important role and significance of the scientific and theoretical developments of M.S. Romanov in the system of forensic support of law enforcement in Ukraine.

Yurii Maznychenko, Leading Researcher of the Department of Scientific and Regulatory and Methodological Activities of the Laboratory of Organization of Scientific, Methodological Activities, Regulatory Support, International Cooperation and Training of Experts of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, participated in the event with a scientific report “Recording the process and the results of the search during the investigation of crimes under martial law”.

Andriy Haichenko, Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Doctor of Philosophy in Law, also joined the event with an introductory speech;
