Oleg Baulin, Head of the Scientific Activity and International Cooperation Department, and Oleksandr Zherebko, Head of the Regulatory and Methodological Activity and Standardization Department took part in the conference “Banking Sector: New Challenges” held on November 3, 2021 at the Premier Palace Hotel in the city of Kyiv.
The representatives of the judiciary, the banking and financial sector, and law firms took part as well.
During the event, issues of bank compliance and financial monitoring, legal issues of liability of both banks and debtors, features of work on problem debts in litigation and other pressing issues were discussed.
The conference also discussed the future of the banking sector in Ukraine and the world, trends and challenges for non-banks in 2022, new financial services, features of legal regulation in the field of FinTech.
