Participation of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Relevant Issues of Forensic Science and Criminalistics”

May 19, 2023, online, on the basis of the National Scientific Centre “Hon. Prof. M.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute” held the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Relevant Issues of Forensic Science and Criminalistics” on the occasion of the anniversaries of outstanding scientists: the 95th anniversary of L. Yu.  Arotsker’s birth (“Arotsker’s Readings”) and the 105th anniversary of M. V.  Saltevskyi’s birth.

The conference was attended by representatives of ministries, experts, and scientific and educational institutions of Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Moldova, Armenia, Latvia, Turkey, Greece, Israel and other countries.

During the opening of the event, in his greeting to the participants, Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, noted the international level of the conference and the importance of the topics proposed for discussion.

Oleksandr Ruvin also stressed that today it is very important to hold conferences with the involvement of international experts, as it allows participants to share scientific and practical experience in the field of forensic science, which is extremely important for experts in today’s conditions of russian aggression on the territory of Ukraine.
