Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute for Forensic Expertise and Olha Lukova, Head of the Laboratory of Economic Research at the invitation of colleagues from the National University of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, became participants of the First International Forum “Development of State Financial Control in the Context of Economic Security of the Country”.
The event was organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the National University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in order to analyze modern theoretical, methodological and practical problems of the development of state financial control and the formation of its system in Ukraine in the context of ensuring the economic security of the state and forming on this basis relevant theoretical and utilitarian recommendations.
Ukrainian and foreign practitioners and scientists of the State Audit Office of Ukraine, the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, the Audit Department of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the Academy of Financial Monitoring, the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada, the National Bank of Ukraine took part in the International Forum.
In his welcoming speech, Pavel Pashko, Rector of NUSFSU wished the participants fruitful work and noted that “the potential of the meeting gives every reason to be sure that effective forum recommendations will be formed as a result of the forum, which will allow reforming the state financial control system of Ukraine not only without losses for the national economy, but also with the growth of the state’s economic security”.

The First International Forum “Development of State Financial Control in the Context of the Economic Security of the Country” which provided the opportunity to gather in a single place a large number of scientists and practitioners. Immediately after its completion, active preparations began for the Second International Forum; it has intention to gather even more participants in the next Forum.
