UA: Pershyi TV channel aired a story dedicated to the crash tragedy of the АН-26Ш aircraft of the 203rd Training Aviation Brigade, where died 26 people, including cadets of flight and navigation specialities of the Kozhedub National University of the Air Force in Kharkiv.
During the interview, Oleksandr Ruvin said that according to the engineering and transport expertise conducted at the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, it was determined that at that time the flight AN-26 was in good technical condition.
At the same time, the operation of the aircraft on the day of the crash took place with violations. Thus, during the flights, the AN-26 tanks were completely filled, and the number of people on board exceeded the permissible norms, which led to overloading.
In addition, the flights took place in a “conveyor” way, without stopping the aircraft for crew replacement and technical inspection, because of which the malfunction of the LTC-24 device, which occurred during training, was not detected in time. In addition, this type of aircraft was not tested for “conveyor” flights, and for safe operation in this mode required obtain a permit from the manufacturer.
