Experts of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise took part in the international scientific and practical conference «Forensic activity in the Security Service of Ukraine: topical issues of theory and practice»

Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, Oleksandr Sadchenko, Head of the Laboratory for organizing scientific, methodological activities, regulatory support and international cooperation and Anatolii Starushkevych, leading researcher of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, were participants of the international scientific and practical conference «Forensic activity in the Security Service of Ukraine: topical issues of theory and practice», which was held on March 31, 2021.

The Ukrainian scientific and research institute of special equipment and forensic expertise of the Security Service of Ukraine organized the conference and dedicated it to the Day of the founding of SBU.

The main issues that were discussed during the conference:

  • Organization and regulatory support of forensic activities;
  • Issues of expert practice;
  • Directions for improving forensic and expert support of the bodies and units of the Security Service of Ukraine;
  • International experience and prospects for the development of forensic activities.

Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, made a welcoming speech during the opening of the conference.
