ICTV TV journalists appealed to Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise with a request to shoot exhibits at the KFI Museum.
In particular, media representatives were interested in unique technical means of observation and data recording, cameras disguised as matches’ boxes, cigarette packs and other small items. There are also means used decades ago by intelligence officers in intelligence agencies.
Let’s recall the Museum of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise was founded in 2013 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the institution. The exposition shows the history of the development of KFI, the biographies of outstanding personalities, as well as the techniques used by forensic experts in the implementation of professional activities.
In addition, those who wish can get acquainted with unique documents of the last century related to various kinds of forensic examinations, a collection of firearms and cold arms, etc.
