Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise is the only institution of our state that conducts research on the equipment of illegal laboratories manufacturing drugs and tobacco products.
Over the past few years, experts from KFI have been cooperating with tobacco manufacturing companies as part of the Ukrtiutiun Ukrainian Association of Tobacco Producers. Cooperation is aimed at counteracting the sale of counterfeit products by testing questionable samples.

Leading companies of the tobacco market urge citizens to consume tobacco products with caution, because the lion’s share of cigarettes is fakes of original brands.
