On November 22, 2023, Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, and Yurii Bolokhovets, General Director of the State Specialized Economic Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine”, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The State Specialized Economic Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” is one of the largest forest users in Europe and the largest forest user in Ukraine. The specialization of the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” is forestry, protection, conservation, rational use and reproduction of forests; hunting management; protection, reproduction and rational use of the state hunting fund on the territory of hunting grounds provided for use by the enterprise.
According to the Memorandum, the parties agreed to cooperate in ensuring guarantees of state protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, and to deepen cooperation in the field of technical and information support for forensic examinations and expert research.
