The third issue of the textbook “Forensic Expertise in Procedural Law of Ukraine” contains such sections as forensic habitology, engineering and transport expertise to study the circumstances and mechanism of traffic accidents, automotive examination of determining the value of wheeled vehicles, engineering and transports examination of events in water transport, transport and commodity expertise on the assessment of shipping vehicles, and also contains general provisions on the procedural procedure and peculiarities of the examination in criminal proceedings.
The publication is intended for employees of forensic institutions, pre-trial investigation bodies and prosecutors, judges, lawyers, teachers, graduate students, and students of higher education institutions and may be useful to practising lawyers and persons studying (training) in order to obtain the qualification of a forensic expert.
