Experts of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise are identifying parts and wreckage of the russian Kh-47 Kinzhal missile, shot down during another attack on May 4, 2023.
Currently, experts of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise are studying the main characteristics of the rocket as shape, marking, features of the materials used, and dimensions of parts and fragments. An analysis of the chemical composition of explosives from the warhead is also carried out.
The identification of parts and wreckage of the Kh-47 Kinzhal missile is an important step in the investigation into the events that occurred on May 4, 2023. A detailed analysis of the obtained data will establish the characteristics and features of the rocket’s use, as well as reveal the principles of its operation. This will help not only to understand the mechanisms of hostile aggression but also to determine the strategy of protection and increase the level of security in Ukraine.
