On October 10, 2023, the staff of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise held a scientific and practical seminar on “Expert Research under Martial Law” via video conference with the participation of researchers and students of the State Tax University.
Roman Pasko, PhD in Technical Sciences, Head of the Laboratory of Engineering and Technical Research, Olha Lukova, Head of the Laboratory of Economic Research, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Maryna Rudaii, PhD in Economics and leading forensic expert of the Laboratory of Economic Research, Mykhailo Poliennikov, PhD in Economics, spoke at the seminar, focusing on the peculiarities of conducting examinations and writing expert opinions on confirming material damage (losses) of enterprises (organizations, institutions).
Based on the results of the scientific and practical seminar, it was decided to continue the practice of improving the methods in expert opinions on confirming material damage (losses), their property destruction or damage due to hostilities.
