The State Police Forensic Service Department of Latvia provided the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise with tests for removing samples of explosive substances from surfaces for a total amount of approximately 1,000 euros.
Latvia is one of the first European countries that actively helps Ukraine in the fight against the Russian aggressor. The help of our Latvian colleagues is very timely and necessary.
