Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the oldest state expert organization of Ukraine, which for over a century executed tens of thousands of forensic examinations every year for court decisions of all levels and investigators’ decisions, provides a high scientific and methodological level for the activities of the investigative bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service Ukraine, prosecutors, customs authorities and other institutions whose tasks cover a wide range of forensic, traditional and new types of forensic examinations. Qualification requirements. Doctor of Science or PhD, who has a degree, not less than 10 years of experience, during the last five years, not less than 10 publications, including at least one in periodicals included in international scientific databases , and/or patents.
