Kostiantyn Lahoda, the head of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise took part in the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues of Law and Socio-Economic Relations”.
The conference took place on November 12, 2021. The Central Ukrainian Institute of Human Development of the University of Ukraine organized the event. The co-organizers were the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, the Kirovohrad Scientific Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the South-Eastern Interregional Department of Justice in the Kirovohrad Oblast. It was also the representatives of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship at the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Higher School of Economics, Law and Medical Sciences in Kielce named after Professor Edward Lipinski (Republic of Poland) and Cherkasy State Business College.
More than 140 participants from Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan joined the event.
The work of the conference was organized by the following thematic sections, during which the profile issues were discussed:
- Current issues of theory, history of state and law and international law;
- Current issues of civil, administrative and financial law;
- Current issues of criminal law, criminology, criminal procedure and criminology;
- Financial mechanism for socio-economic development;
- Modern models, strategies, management technologies;
- Social development at the present stage: historical, ethno and cultural and health aspects.
The conference created a discussion field to discuss the participants’ scientific and practical results in accordance with the areas of work, informing the scientific community about the latest developments on these issues, promoting the search for scientific and industrial partnerships.
During the conference, the problems of theory and practice of legal science, as well as socio-economic relations in the context of the challenges of modern society to develop scientifically sound recommendations for the development of the legal framework of the state.
