On July 3, 2023, the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine held an event on the occasion of the Day of the Forensic Expert and the 110th anniversary of the founding of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise.
The experts of the department held an “Open Doors Day”, which was attended by teachers and students of various educational institutions, including Central Ukrainian National Technical University, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs and Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University. The purpose of this event was to popularize forensic science and create an opportunity for direct communication between future lawyers and experts. Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with various types of examinations conducted in the Kropyvnytskyi Branch, as well as view modern specialized equipment used by experts during research. Such joint activities with educational institutions are an important area of work of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, as they promote the exchange of experience and knowledge, which contributes to raising the legal awareness and qualifications of future specialists.
Cherkasy Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the establishment of the institution held a children’s art competition. Within the framework of the event, children were told about the work of experts and showed modern devices used for examinations. The winners of the contest and its participants were encouraged by diplomas and gifts, which made indescribable impressions and sincere joy on children.
