On June 05, 2024, the specialists of KFI took part in the Tenth International Forum on Intellectual Property (IPF-2024), organized by the Yurydychna Praktyka Publishing House with the support of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovation (IP Office).
The Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise was represented by Nataliia Kovalova, Head of the Commodity Research and Special Types of Research Department of the Laboratory of Engineering, Transport, Commodity and Special Types of Research, Olena Holikova, Deputy Head of the Commodity Research and Special Types of Research Department of the Laboratory of Engineering, Transport, Commodity and Special Types of Research, and Nataliia Klymova, Chief Forensic Expert of the Commodity Research and Special Types of Research Department of the Laboratory of Engineering, Transport, Commodity and Special Types of Research.
The forum addressed issues related to current legislative changes in the field of intellectual property, international experience in implementing state strategies in the field of intellectual property, infringement of intellectual property rights in times of war, regulation of artificial intelligence in the context of intellectual property, practice of the Cassation Civil Court in the field of intellectual property, appointment and evaluation of forensic examinations in the field of intellectual property, etc.
