Experts of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine traditionally have been started in the autumn period to hold a meeting of the sections of the Scientific Advisory and Methodological Councils on Forensic Expertise under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as SA&MC).
In accordance with the Regulation on the SA&MC, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Scientific Advisory and Methodological Council on Forensic Expertise is a consultative and advisory body that was established to improve scientific work, as well as promote the improvement of the effectiveness of scientific research and expert activities of research institutions of forensic examinations.
So, specialists of KFI have already participated in the meetings of SA&MC sections of the forensic environmental, economic, transport and commodity research, commodity expertise and auto-technical types of expertise.
The work of the participants of the meetings is organized on the basis of the research institutes of forensic examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. In the near future, it is planned to hold another twenty sessions of the sections of scientific advisory and methodological councils on problems of various types of forensic examinations.
