On November 16, 2023, Anna Lozinska, Acting Head of the Vinnytsia Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and Viktor Voznyi and Myroslav Patii, Chief Forensic Experts of the Vinnytsia Branch of KFI took part in the seminar “Examination of Documents and Possibilities of Functioning of Forensic Records of Forged Documents. Problematic aspects of handwriting research”, which was held on the basis of Vinnytsia Scientific Research Center.
The purpose of the seminar was to discuss topical issues of technical research of documents and handwriting in the current conditions.
Myroslav Patey delivered a presentation on “Modern methods of forgery of strict accountability documents: expert experience”. Viktor Voznyi delivered a report on the topic “Current issues of handwriting examination”.
