Experts of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise took part in the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues of Law and Socio-Economic Relations”

On April 26, 2023, the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues of Law and Socio-Economic Relations” was held online and organized by the Central Ukrainian Institute of Human Development of the University “Ukraine”.

The conference was co-organized by the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Kirovohrad Scientific Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad Oblast of Ukraine, the Cherkasy State Business College.

The conference was also co-organized by Pomeranian Higher School, Starogard Gdański (Poland), Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego we Wrocławiu (Poland), Akademia Nauk Stosowanych Collegium Balticum w Szczecinie (  Poland),  Uniwersytet Szczeciński, Szczecin (Poland), National Center for Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, Private Institution “Bolashaq Academy” (Kazakhstan), Akademia Nauk Stosowanych im.  prof. Edwarda Lipińskiego  w Kielcach (Poland), Społeczna Akademia Nauk w Kielcach (Poland).

Kostiantyn LAHODA, Head of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and Viktor HONCHAR, Leading Forensic Expert of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise took part in the conference.

The purpose of the conference was to discuss the problems of the theory and practice of legal sciences, as well as socio-economic relations in the context of the challenges of modern society to develop scientifically based recommendations for the development of the legal foundations of the state, restoration and maintenance of high quality economic, managerial and cultural potential. 

Kostiantyn Lahoda, Head of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech. He noted that issues of law and socio-economic relations are topical issues that, in the context of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, require comprehensive discussion and elaboration with the participation of experts in the field of modern law, scientists, experts, law enforcement officers, economists, business representatives and the public. Kostiantyn Lagoda also thanked the organizers for holding the event and wished the conference participants successful work, interesting reports and developments.

Viktor Honchar, a Leading Forensic Expert of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, took part in the section “Current issues of theory, history of state and law, criminal law, criminology of criminal procedure and criminalistics, civil, administrative, financial and international law”, presenting a report on the topic “Organization of transport and commodity examinations in case of impossibility of technical inspection of a wheeled vehicle and determination of the value of material damage caused to the owner of the vehicle as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine”.

The conference included reports by law specialists, scholars, experts, teachers and students of higher education institutions from Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, and Kazakhstan.
