On July 19, 2023, experts of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Kostiantyn Lahoda, Head of the Branch, Serhii Petrov, Leading Forensic Expert and Iryna Shevchenko, Leading Forensic Expert participated in the seminar on “Some aspects of state registration of property rights to agricultural land and communal property. Registration of property rights of founders of farms. Ways to protect violated rights”, which took place at the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice (Odesa).
The seminar was attended by the Head of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice (Odesa) Tymofii Dudin, notaries of the Kropyvnytskyi city notarial district, state registrars of registration of real rights to real estate.
Experts of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise were speakers in the section of the seminar – “Forensic practice on termination of the land lease agreement”.
The Head of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch Kostiantyn Lahoda acquainted those present with the procedural procedure for the appointment and conduct of forensic examinations.
Leading forensic expert Serhii Petrov told the practice of conducting forensic handwriting and forensic technical examinations of documents related to the registration of property rights to land plots and their lease.

The seminar was held in the form of a dialogue, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions to experts and received comprehensive answers to the questions posed. This format of seminars effectively promotes the exchange of experience and ensures fruitful cooperation.
