In the framework of the cooperation of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with higher educational institutions and educational activities on the specifics of the forensic industry, Cherkasy Branch of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise held a round table with graduates of the Cherkasy National University “Odessa Law Academy” on the topic: “Forensic examination. Modern aspects of the development of forensic examination in Ukraine”.
The purpose of the round table was to familiarize future lawyers with the specifics of the work of forensic experts, coverage of the activities of the departments of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and its regional branches, as well as discussion of some controversial issues of the theory and practice of forensic examination, forensic science and criminal procedure.
According to Antonina Efimenko, head of the Cherkasy Branch of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise such scientific events and meetings will contribute to broadening the understanding of students, future lawyers, the specifics of forensic work and readiness to begin implementing high-quality professional activities.
