Experts of Kropyvnytskyi branch of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise have become participants of “The Line of Defence” TV program. The topic of forensic expertise has fallen within the scope of the legal program under the leadership of journalist Olena Romitsyna.
What is a forensic expertise? What kinds of research are carried out by experts in Kirovohrad oblast? How does the expert’s conclusion affect the protection of a person and the establishment of truth in the case of justice? Representatives of Kropyvnytskyi branch of KFI told about the legal nature and the evidential value of the expert’s conclusions.”
“Forensic activity is carried out on four basic principles: legality, independence, objectivity and completeness of research. These are the main whales that are currently basic for forensic expertise,” said Kostiantyn Lahoda, the Head of Kropyvnytskyi branch of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise.
