Since 1996, when the Basic Law was adopted, the date of the holiday has remained unchanged – every year the Constitution Day of Ukraine is celebrated on June 28.
The Constitution has entered public life as the main guardian of statehood and democracy, the guarantor of Ukraine’s independence and unity. Its supreme legal force, the rule of law, political, economic and ideological diversity are the fundamental principles on which the present and future of the Ukrainian people are based.
On the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine, we sincerely congratulate all Ukrainians and wish them to always be proud of their country, to abide by its laws, and to remember their civil rights and obligations. May the Constitution always guarantee a decent and fulfilling life and provide opportunities for self-realization!
