Every year on the third Thursday of May, Ukraine celebrates Embroidery Day. In 2023, the holiday is celebrated on May 18. For Ukrainians, embroidery has always been a national symbol, and with the beginning of a full-scale war, it has also become a talisman and an expression of love for their land and traditions.
