21 листопада в Україні відзначається день Гідності та Свободи — свято, що нагадує про події двох революцій, що стали визначальними для нашої новітньої історії,— Помаранчевої (яка розпочалася 22 листопада 2004 року з протестів проти фальсифікації результатів президентських виборів щодо нібито перемоги В. Януковича) і Революції гідності, початок якої спричинили студентські акції спротиву 21 листопада 2013 року проти відмови керівництва країни від курсу на європейську інтеграцію України.

Ідеали, обстоювані в буремні дні цих подій, за які боролися і гинули кращі представники українського громадянського суспільства, засвідчили непохитність курсу на демократичні, загальнолюдські цінності, дотримання верховенства права, прав і свобод українського народу.

Колектив КНДІСЕ вшановує патріотизм і мужність наших громадян, які продемонстрували свої найкращі якості, захищаючи національні інтереси нашої країни.On November 21, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Dignity and Freedom, a holiday that commemorates the events of two revolutions that have become crucial to our modern history: the Orange Revolution (which began on November 22, 2004, with protests against the falsification of the presidential election results, which allegedly resulted in the victory of Viktor Yanukovych) and the Revolution of Dignity, which was triggered by student protests on November 21, 2013, against the country’s leadership’s refusal to pursue Ukraine’s European integration.

The ideals defended in the turbulent days of these events, for which the best representatives of Ukrainian civil society fought and died, testified to the firmness of the course towards democratic, human values, respect for the rule of law, rights and freedoms of the Ukrainian people.
