Memorandum of Cooperation between Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

The purpose of signing the memorandum of cooperation is to expand cooperation in the field of forensic examinations.

Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

On May 30, 2025, a memorandum of cooperation was solemnly signed between Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The document sets forth the intentions of the parties to expand cooperation in the field of forensic examinations, exchange of experience, and development of the scientific and methodological base.

The signing of the memorandum was an important step towards strengthening institutional capacity.

The parties expressed confidence that the new format of cooperation will facilitate more effective interaction between the expert and financial sectors.
