On June 6, 2025, the V All-Ukrainian Forum of Forensic Experts “Forensic Examination: Prospects for Development and Specific Vectors of Change” was held in Lviv, organized by the Odessa Research Institute of Forensic Examination of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. This year, it was devoted to discussing topical issues of forensic expertise, exchanging experience between leading experts in the field, and presenting the latest achievements in the field of expert research.
Maksym Kyselov, Director of the KSRIFE, delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of qualified research of objects submitted for examination (given the russian armed aggression, primarily components of russian weapons used to constantly strike Ukrainian industrial, infrastructure, and civilian objects) and called for the prompt and complete exchange of information obtained by various agencies as a result of their research.
Oleksii Komandyrov, Head of the Department for Research on the Volume, Quality, and Cost of Construction Works at the Laboratory for Engineering and Technical Research of the KSRIFE, took part in the panel discussion at the forum and presented his report entitled “The Cost of Engineering Consulting Services as a Subject of Research on Potential Corruption Risks in Construction.”
