The event brought together researchers, forensic experts, academics, and students to discuss current issues related to forensic economic examinations under martial law, including the determination of material damages, assessment of enterprise losses, and verification of lost profits.

During the round table, participants reviewed modern methodologies for conducting economic research and documenting losses, as well as discussed challenges associated with the determination of lost profits incurred by enterprises.

Particular attention was devoted to practical case studies drawn from the expert practice of the KSRIFE Laboratory of Economic Research. Presentations were delivered by experts Olha Lukova, Oksana Markina, Yuliia Matvieieva, Maryna Rudaia, and Mykhailo Poliennikov, who highlighted current challenges and specific aspects of conducting forensic economic examinations in cases related to war-induced losses.

As a result of the event, the participants agreed to further develop scientific and practical cooperation, organize joint events, and continue the exchange of professional experience in the field of forensic economic examinations.
