On October 18, 2024, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs held an all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference “Private and Public Legal Relations: Modernization of Development under Martial Law”, which was attended by representatives of the Kropyvnytskyi Branch of Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise – Head of the Branch Kostiantyn Lagoda and Deputy Head of the Branch Viktor Davydchenko.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, the National Police of Ukraine, the Kropyvnytskyi District Military Administration, as well as local council members, university professors, attorneys, lawyers and university students.
In his welcoming speech, Kostiantyn Lagoda thanked the organizers of the event, emphasized the relevance of the topic of the all-Ukrainian conference and spoke about the work of experts from Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise under martial law.
The main areas of the conference are:
– legal relations under martial law (transformation through the prism of civil and public interest);
– theoretical and legal aspects of civil and labor law development under martial law;
– the economic system of the state during martial law (problems of legal and organizational support);
– criminal law policy during martial law.
The event provided an opportunity for participants to share their knowledge, experience and best practices on regulatory issues in the field of legal relations under martial law.
