On January 02, 2025, a meeting was held at the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, at which the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Andrii Haichenko introduced the new head of the institution – Acting Director Maksym Kyselov, whose appointment was signed by the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine – Minister of Justice of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna on January 01, 2025.

Andrii Haichenko expressed his gratitude to Oleksandr Ruvin, the previous Director of KFI, who had been the head of the Institute since 2011, for his inspired work and for directing the forensic activities of the team towards professional growth, which made it possible to bring this institution to the international level.

The staff of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise thanks Oleksandr Ruvin for his wise and successful leadership of the institution and expresses hope for fruitful cooperation with Maksym Kyselov on the way to strengthening expert support for justice, the Victory and further development of Ukraine.
