The event was hosted by the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences with the support of the EU BMVI project and the OSCE Border Security and Management Unit.
Participants examined international developments in the field of forensic science and contemporary document security technologies.
A significant outcome of this cooperation was the transfer to KNDISE of specimen documents issued in Estonia, including passports, diplomatic identity cards, driving licences, and other official documents. The acquired materials are scheduled to be incorporated into the reference collection housed within the Laboratory of Handwriting Examination and Technical Examination of Documents.
