The KFI signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the National Bureau of Investigation on Transport

On March 18, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and the National Bureau for Transport Investigations. The document outlines the parties' commitment to joint efforts in forensic activities, technical investigation of transport incidents, and transport safety. The memorandum includes provisions for knowledge exchange, joint research, and the development of new investigative methodologies.

On March 18, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and the National Transport Investigation Bureau. The document sets out the intentions of the parties to work together in the areas of forensic science, technical investigation of aviation accidents and transport safety.

The Memorandum provides for the exchange of experience, joint testing and research, as well as the development of new methods for investigating transport accidents.

Maksym Kyseliov, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, together with Ihor Misharin, Acting Director of the NBT, emphasized the significance of the signed document and the importance of joining forces to improve the quality of technical investigations in the field of transport safety, as well as the development of forensic activities.
