On October 23, 2024, the Department of Forensic Support and Forensic Expertise of the National Academy of Internal Affairs held a meeting of the scientific circle on the problems of technical and forensic examination of documents and handwriting.

The meeting was attended by Iryna Bilous, an expert in handwriting analysis – Head of the Handwriting Research Department of the Criminalistics Laboratory of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, who spoke about the current possibilities of forensic handwriting examination, gave interesting examples of research from practice and answered the students’ questions.

Such meetings help to intensify the research activities of higher education students.
