How to measure effectiveness? In numbers, decisions, results. We decided to show the main points — without unnecessary details. This digest contains the key steps that define the new dynamics of our institution.

Management decisions and internal transformation:

- an in-depth reorganization of the organizational and staffing structure was carried out;

- four new laboratories were created in accordance with modern needs;

- the Ternopil branch moved to a new building — modern working conditions + new logistics.

Expert activities and analytics:

- 812 commodity studies on UAVs for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were conducted;

- the backlog of expert reports from previous years was reduced by more than 5,500 cases;

- Internships for experts in five highly specialized areas, including air navigation, precious stones, and aircraft technical condition, were resumed.

International activities and public interaction:

- participation in a panel discussion at the Fair Play conference with the support of the Office of the President of Ukraine;

- ENFSI, Dublin — participation in the annual meeting of the organization's members;

- EAFS 2025 — participation in a global international conference on forensic expertise in Ireland;

- signing of 6 memoranda of cooperation — new partners, including the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Environmental Inspection of Ukraine, the National Bureau of Transportation Investigations, Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, and the Association of Unmanned Systems and Related Technologies “ARMADA.”

Instead of a report — results. KSRIFE works at the pace of change and sets a new standard for expert efficiency. There is even more ahead. And this is just the beginning.
