According to the amendments (dated April 26, 2024) to paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 28, 2023, a research institution that underwent state attestation before this resolution came into force and was classified into classification group I, II, III, or IV as a result, is considered to have passed state attestation until the Ministry of Education and Science makes a decision regarding the state attestation of such research institutions in accordance with the Procedure for State Attestation of Research Institutions and Higher Education Institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific and technical) activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 19, 2017 No. 540 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 61, Article 1873; 2023, No. 47, Article 2566), but no later than December 31, 2025.
