On October 4, 2021, Armen Vardanyan, a representative of the Criminal Forensics Department of Police of the Republic of Armenia, arrived at the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise. The visit is within the framework of the CEPOL Exchange Program, in order to study the Ukrainian experience in organizing forensic examinations.
During his stay, Armen Vardanyan will be acquainted with the history of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, the museum exposition, the work of departments of both the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise and its Chernihiv Branch.
The representative of Armenia will be presented with the equipment for forensic examinations used in the Institute and the features of the research.
According to the international program of exchange of experience CEPOL 2021, this year the representatives of Armenia are coming for the second time to study the Ukrainian experience in the field of forensic science. Earlier, a delegation of the State Non-Profit Organization “National Bureau of Expertises” of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia visited the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise.
